How to make the EIR Recipe
- 15 g instant yeast (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons powder sugar
- 1 cup of warm water (you can add a little more if necessary)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Blend flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Gradually add the water and knead well. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces. Open it in a small round shape with the roller without thinning much. Place on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
Cover the cloths with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the milk on the dough with the brush and give to the oven. Take the golden color out of the oven. Serve.
