Ingredients

  • 1 kg unsalted baklava dough
  • 850 g walnuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
  • 5 ~ 6 cloves
  • 375 g butter
  • 1 coffee cup liquid oil

For syrup

  • 1 kg powdered sugar
  • 3 cups of water
  • juice of 1 lemon
