Peel the onion and grate it. Soak the bread with broth. Clench and shake with your hands. Beat the egg. Finely chop the salami. Grate the peel of the lemon. Put the ingredients you prepared into a hollow container. Add salt, pepper, marjoram and ground beef and knead all the ingredients well. Prepare ball-shaped dumplings.
