How to make Vegetable Coral Fish Recipe
- 1 coral fish fillet 1 sea crayfish 2 tiny zucchini juice of 5 lemons 1 orange juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon rosemary For decoration: 1 sprig of fresh tarragon
Put the orange juice and lemon juice in a deep bowl and boil until they are cut in half. Beat until blended with a mixer.
Boil the crayfish in boiling water for 10 minutes. Clean the skin and remove the flesh. Keep the head and clamps. Cut the tiny zucchini from length to half. Mince the thyme and rosemary. Add olive oil and mix. Transfer the olive oil mixture to the pan and heat it. Sauté the vegetables first and then the seafood. First place the zucchinis, coral fish and crayfish on the serving plate. Place the crayfish’s head and clamps on the side of the food. Garnish with fresh tarragon. Hover over the sauce you prepared and serve. Enjoy your meal.
