How to make Vegetable Cup Meatballs Recipe
- 500 gr. ground beef minced meat
- 1 red onion – grater
- Black pepper minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 capia pepper
- ½ cup peas
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black Pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese – grater
For the meatballs;
Knead the minced meat, grated red onion, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, finely chopped parsley and ketchup.
For the Inner Mortar;
Chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Chop the peppers small. Add olive oil to the pan, add the carrots, potatoes and peppers respectively and fry for 5 minutes. Add boiled peas, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic and continue roasting for another 3 minutes.
Divide the ground meat you knead into 6 equal pieces. Turn your minced meat into dish shape. Add the vegetable mortar on it. Place the cheese you grate to cover the mortar with vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
