Pumpkin Cheese Pastry Ingredients

Ingredients for the sauce

Squeeze the grated zucchini well and set aside.
Put the pan in the stove, add a little olive oil and heat it, add the watered zucchinis, sauté for 1-2 minutes until it is completely dry, then slowly add the milk and grind.
When the zucchini softens, remove the pan from the stove and let it cool down.
In a bowl, beat the milk, eggs and melted butter well.
Lubricate your baking dish, cool 1 whole dough on top, then tear off the pieces from the other dough and prepare a 3-layer base by soaking it in the milk mixture, spread half of the zucchini mixture on the wetted dough sheets, place the pieces of dough filled with 3 layers of milk on it, Spread half of the remaining zucchinis and wet the remaining yufka with milk mixture and prepare the final layer. Finally, cover the yufka hanging from the edges of your cooking bowl with the milk mixture and close the pastry.
Bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 40 minutes, then remove the pastry from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, remove it from the mold and serve.
