How to make FISH WITH SEA FOOD Recipe

  • 1 perch
  • 30 gr shrimp
  • 20 gr inner mussels
  • 20 gr oyster
  • 20 gr crab
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 fennel
  • Several orange slices
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Sea bass scales and boned parts of it. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the mussels, shrimps, crabs and clams and chop them in small pieces.

Heat 1 spoon of olive oil in the pan and sauté the garlic. Add the mussels, shrimps, crabs and oysters and continue sautéing until soft. Take it from the stove and wait for it to be warmed and mash it in the robot. Heat 2 spoons of olive oil in a pan, fry the fish stuffing on both sides and put in the oven dish. Clean and slice the fennel. Heat the remaining olive oil in the pan. Add fennel and garlic and saute. Take the stuffed sea bass in a serving dish and decorate with fennel sauce and orange slices.
