How to make PUNJABI SAMOSA Recipe
- 200 gr flour
- 250 ml liquid oil
For inner material
- 100 g potatoes
- 50 g peas
- 5 g cumin
- 5 g grams of masala
- 5 gr powdered red pepper
- 1 cup of water
Chop the potatoes in cubes and boil them in plenty of water. Boil the peas.
Heat 1 cup of oil in a frying pan. Add cumin, coriander seeds and peas and sauté for 5 minutes. Add powdered red pepper, powder coriander salt and continue sautéing. Add the potato and mix. Add lemon juice, garam masala and fresh coriander and mix and let cool.
For the dough, sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, oil and water and knead. Divide the dough into 10 equal round pieces. Divide each ball in half. Open the parts to form cones. Divide the ingredients into the pieces. Combine the ends of the dough by wetting them.
