How to make SIRRIDER MUSHROOMS Recipe

  • 150 gr tenderloin
  • 1 small potato
  • 6 shallots
  • 20 gr culture mushrooms
  • 20 gr beech mushroom
  • 20 gr marel mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tea glass of broth
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 120 gr butter
  • Salt

Peel and wash the potato and slice it into rings. Peel and wash the shallots. Wash and chop the mushrooms.

Melt the butter in the pan and add the tenderloin. Fry on both sides over medium heat. Add the potatoes to the pan and sauté with steak. Put them all in a serving dish. Boil the shallots until they soften in another pan.

Heat olive oil in saucepan and sauté mushrooms. Add salt and broth and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and cook for a few more minutes. Put the meat with potatoes, shallots and mushrooms on a serving plate and serve.
