Easy Homemade ZERESHK POLO Recipe

How to make ZERESHK POLO Recipe

  • 1 chicken leg
  • 1 teacup rice
  • 3 teacup chicken broth
  • Half a teaspoon of saffron
  • 1 teaspoon paste
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • Half lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tea glass of zereshk

Boil the chicken in a saucepan with plenty of water. In another pan, melt the margarine and add the tomato paste. Add 1.5 teacup chicken broth flour and lemon. Place the chicken in a baking dish and spread the mixture over it. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.

Add 1.5 coffee cups of chicken water, salt and pepper and cook. Dilute the saffron with a tablespoon of water and pour it on the rice.

Put the chicken bud and rice on the serving plate. Pour the zereshk over the rice and serve.
